We are run by a father, son, and son-in-law team, and we personally perform hundreds of inspections each year—Unlike a franchise company so you always know exactly who is coming to your home. We offer same-day scheduling and same-day inspection reports, and provide comprehensive home inspections, mold inspections, termite (WDI) inspections, and sewer scope inspections, all performed by licensed professionals. Before You Call New York House Inspectors

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold remediator and a separately licensed mold assessor, plus the Nassau or Suffolk County home improvement license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
