We service Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau & Suffolk and are available 7 days a week (evenings & weekends). Residential and Commercial inspections are available. We offer a 10% discount for military and first responders. We recommend that you, the home buyer, be present during the home inspection. We will assist you in making a choice that you are confident in. We follow a strict code of ethics which places your interests first and protects your rights as a home buyer. Before You Call Higher Elevation Home Inspections LLC

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold remediator and a separately licensed mold assessor, plus the Nassau or Suffolk County home improvement license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
