Before You Call Marshalls Roofing and Contracting

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where is your company based, and how long have you worked here?
4. Will you photograph the damage before you tarp or board?

Ask for a Maryland Home Improvement Commission license number and look it up with the state. Also ask for proof of insurance, industry certification for the restoration crew and lead safe certification for any pre-1978 home.
