All XP inspectors are InterNACHI certified and go above and beyond the Washington State standards of practice for home inspectors. Before You Call XP Inspection Services

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?
4. Who takes the samples, and which lab tests them?

Ask for the company’s contractor registration number and look it up with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
