2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Are your technicians trained in bloodborne pathogen safety?
4. How do you dispose of the waste, and will you give me a disposal record?
5. Is your firm certified under the federal lead renovation rule?

Ask for the company’s contractor registration number and look it up with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
