We handle custom kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, ADU construction, and insurance restoration work for water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage. Our team is led by Joseph Fiasco (CSLB-licensed contractor #1081134, IICRC-certified) and Nicole Fiasco, RN (20+ years ICU experience, leading our trauma and biohazard division). With over 1,000 completed projects and deep insurance claim experience using Xactimate, we make complex restoration and remodel work straightforward. Before You Call EMS Restoration

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
