3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for the company’s California contractor license number and look it up with the Contractors State License Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians doing the drying or mold work.
