We are a full service environmental testing and consulting company. We have been in operation since 1996. We specialize in asbestos and lead paint detection inspections as required for a planned renovation or demolition of a residential or commercial structure. We also have trained and experienced staff for removal project oversight which would include final (clearance) air testing.

Before You Call Emery Environmental Associates

2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?
4. Who takes the samples, and which lab tests them?
5. Is your firm certified under the federal lead renovation rule?

Ask for a Rhode Island contractor registration and look it up with the Contractors’ Registration and Licensing Board, or a Massachusetts registration across the line. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
