2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?
5. Are your technicians trained in bloodborne pathogen safety?

For roofing, plumbing or electrical work ask for a license or registration and check it with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
