What Makes North County San Diego Different

North County San Diego runs from the beach towns of Oceanside, Carlsbad and Encinitas inland to Vista, San Marcos and Escondido. Rain is rare, but when a winter storm finally arrives it falls on dry, hard ground and runs off fast.
