We also offer a full line of remediation services for lead, asbestos and mold abatement. Working closely with our clients we devise unique, innovative, cost-effective solutions to comply with the many stringent governmental environmental regulatory requirements of city, state and federal agencies.

Before You Call Accredited Environmental Solutions

1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold remediator and a separately licensed mold assessor, plus the Nassau or Suffolk County home improvement license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
