Mold happens,... find it before you see it! Bluescan specializes in whole house mold exposure assessments, providing you with a holistic picture of your mold exposures at home. We use traditional inspection tools, like a flashlight, infrared thermal camera and moisture meter to look for active and past moisture intrusion that may cause mold issues in your home. We also use a special instrument, InstaScope, that can detect mold in real-time and measure mold concentration level in every room in your home. There are less than 100 InstaScope instruments currently used for commercial and residential inspections worldwide.
