Before You Call Tencon Inc

4. Who takes the samples, and which lab tests them?

Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana have no statewide general contractor license, so check with your city or county and ask for state trade licenses for plumbing or electrical work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
