We check for moisture and water intrusions which can cause mold growth if left undetected. Our Environmental Hygienist can perform indoor air quality testing to check indoor mold counts. Anti microbial duct cleaning services are also available. Keep real estate closings on schedule when mold is found during a home inspection. We work closely with realtors to clean and remove mold and guarantee passing post test results. Funds can be escrowed at closing if needed to keep the closing on time. Commercial mold testing and mold remediation services are available to property managers and building owners.
