We will ask you questions so we know your concerns before the inspections even starts. When you leave the inspection you should have a good understanding of the conditions of the house, understand a little about the types of mechanical systems that are present and how they operate, and an understanding of general maintenance for your home. When you walk out we want you to be confident, and feel good about the purchase of your new home.
