With 4 locations in MD and our in-house analysis labs that ensure fast and accurate results, we offer our services to a wide variety of customers, including homeowners. Our friendly and knowledgeable field teams are available 7 days a week and offer the most comprehensive services, including sewer inspections, septic inspections, radon testing, well yield testing, water sampling, and mold inspections & sampling. Before You Call Home Land Environmental

1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for a Maryland Home Improvement Commission license number and look it up with the state. Also ask for proof of insurance, industry certification for the restoration crew and lead safe certification for any pre-1978 home.
