Restoreace Restoration is also a licensed asbestos inspector , asbestos abatement and home improvement contractor in Maryland. We have added Asbestos abatement and general repairs to our services because of the high demand from our clients during emergency work. This allows us to better able to manage in-house all services.

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
