We provide a full inspection which includes all of the systems of the home, such as the foundation, roof system, plumbing, electric, heat and air, appliances, all exterior and interior, drainage, etc. A full detailed report with pictures is generated and emailed within 24 hours of inspection. We perform a 48-hour radon test inside the home for an accurate reading to determine if radon levels are high. If levels are high, we offer to get a quote from a radon mitigation company free of charge. We have an amazing team of professionals we work with to provide other services such as pest inspections, well & septic inspections and water quality testing.

Before You Call Cameron Home Inspections

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for a North Carolina general contractor license and look it up with the state Licensing Board for General Contractors, plus state trade licenses for plumbing, electrical or heating work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
