2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for the contractor’s Alaska registration number, and for home building or remodeling a residential endorsement, and look them up with the state. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
