Since 2002, I’ve worked as a custom home builder in Worcester, Mass., and throughout Worcester County. I turn dreams into reality, from concept to completion. And I do it by using the incredibly effective and efficient design/build methodology. Design/build is a more efficient process than what you’ll get from Worcester general contractors. With design/build, you have one point of contact managing the entire process—from design, to budgets, to the build itself. Before You Call J.E.P. Contracting Inc

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?

Ask for a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and, for structural work, a construction supervisor license, and look both up with the state. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
