Before You Call Desired Home Inspections LLC

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Is your firm certified under the federal lead renovation rule?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold remediator and a separately licensed mold assessor, plus the Westchester County home improvement license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
