2. How do you dispose of the waste, and will you give me a disposal record?

Ask for the license that fits where you live, a DC home improvement license, a Maryland Home Improvement Commission license or a Virginia Board for Contractors license, and look it up with that agency. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
