3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?

Ask for a Virginia contractor license and look it up with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, or with the North Carolina board for homes across the state line. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
