What Makes the Tri-Valley Different

The Tri-Valley covers Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin and San Ramon in the Amador and Livermore Valleys, east of the East Bay hills. Summers are hot and dry, winters are mild, and most rain falls in a few big storms. Arroyos that run dry for months, like the Arroyo Mocho and Arroyo del Valle, can run high and fast after heavy rain.
