3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a New Jersey home improvement contractor registration and look it up with the Division of Consumer Affairs, or a Pennsylvania home improvement registration for work in Bucks County. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
