3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

In Ohio, check with your city or county building department and ask for a state trade license for plumbing or electrical work. In Michigan, look up the contractor with the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the crew.
