I’ve spent nearly 10 years in construction, and today, I lead skilled teams that are ready to handle any situation — Mitigation, Water Damage, Fire & Smoke Damage, Mold Removal, or just making a Home look new again. 1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

For mold jobs of 25 contiguous square feet or more, ask for a Texas mold remediation contractor license and look it up with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
