We then provide a full report combining the lab results and our expertise to identify the cause and offer solutions. Our mold remediation treatment; coupled with fumigation, air scrubbing and post remediation testing will get your property back to a healthy state.

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
