1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. What do you think the source is?
4. Will you use ozone, and if so how long must we stay out?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold assessor and a separate licensed remediator. Also check local contractor licensing and ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the crew.
