What Makes the Triangle Different

The Triangle is humid from late spring into fall, and many homes sit on crawlspaces. Damp crawlspaces lead to mold on joists, sagging floors and a musty smell upstairs. A good vapor barrier, working vents or a sealed crawlspace with a dehumidifier, and gutters that move water away from the house make the biggest difference.
