1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?

New Hampshire and Maine have no statewide general contractor license, so check permits with your city or town, and ask for a state license for plumbing or electrical work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
