1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?

In Oregon, look up the contractor with the Construction Contractors Board, and in Washington check registration with the Department of Labor and Industries. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
