2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?
4. Do you do contents pack out, and will I get an itemized inventory?

Maine has no statewide general contractor license, so check permits with your city or town, and ask for a state license for plumbing or electrical work. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
