We provide 24 Hour Emergency Response services in dealing with water extraction, structural drying, and fire cleanup. We also offer start to finish renovation to ensure after your disaster everything can be put back to original condition. Before You Call Pro-Tech Restoration

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, ask for a New York State licensed mold remediator and a separately licensed mold assessor. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
