Before You Call Himes Consulting

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?

Ask for the company’s contractor license number and look it up with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
