I was just a kid, when I got into this trade. I needed a summer job, and my dad was in the business.. now 16 years later, I’m building and restoring houses, buildings, and structures of my own with the old man still by my side, along with my guys that I trust with my life! We do it all, from exterior/masonry/historical restoration, to waterproofing, caulking/sealing, all coating applications, to brick/block/stone, to roofing/siding, to carpentry/framing. We do both interior and exterior work. We give the most craftsmanship there is to give nowadays, reliable, take pride in our work, and make sure the job gets done, no matter the situation! We’re restoring a structure, in a community near you!

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?

In Pennsylvania ask for the contractor’s state home improvement registration number, and in Philadelphia also ask for the city contractor license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
