Our emergency restoration service includes care plans which are designed for your protection and your building’s preservation. Our remodeling services help to manage all the details that go into a successful renovation. REO services: Trying to sell a foreclosed property is hard work, so let the Triage team tackle the property preservation tasks. We’ll get the building ready to sell by sprucing it up and fixing any issues.

Before You Call Triage

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

In Pennsylvania ask for the contractor’s state home improvement registration number, and in Philadelphia also ask for the city contractor license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
