Fire and Water Damage Restoration Service is a company small enough to care, but large enough to handle any restoration project. We have a combined 51 years of experience in the restoration field. We are IICRC certified in all aspects of the restoration industry including mold, smoke, water, and crime scenes. We specialize in services that are provided under often stressful circumstances and excel at customer service that will expedite the process as well as ease your worries.

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

In Pennsylvania ask for the contractor’s state home improvement registration number, and in Philadelphia also ask for the city contractor license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
