She has been working in the restoration industry for many years, and she loves what she does because she genuinely likes to help people. Technical Restoration Cleaning Services is an OSHA 10-hour Safety Member and an IAQA Certified Mold Assessor, but it is also certified by the Indoor Air Quality Association. We are also members of the Pennsylvania EPA’s Environmental Stewardship Program.

Before You Call Technical Restoration Cleaning Services

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

In Pennsylvania ask for the contractor’s state home improvement registration number, and in Philadelphia also ask for the city contractor license. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
