AA Empire Home Inspectors we take a simple approach, to provide a visual evaluation of how your house systems functions or not function on the same day we doing the inspection . We are well versed in the field of building inspection & consistently seeking new trends and industry findings. The purpose of our standard home inspection is to find any evidence of physical problems in the home. Some things are obvious in every home but we look for evidence of hidden problems such as moisture, mildew and mold. The kind that other home inspection companies might miss.

Before You Call AA Empire Inspections

1. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
2. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
3. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?
4. Who takes the samples, and which lab tests them?
5. Is your firm certified under the federal lead renovation rule?

Ask for a California contractor license number and look it up with the Contractors State License Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
