Total Restoration is a locally owned disaster restoration company based at 1376 Walter St STE 5 in Ventura. We help homeowners and businesses with water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold, sewage backups and other property emergencies across Ventura County, Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks and the San Fernando Valley. Our IICRC-certified team has more than 30 years of experience handling everything from the initial cleanup through repairs and rebuilding. Before You Call Total Restoration

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
