We are an IICRC certified firm; which is the governing body for the cleaning and restoration industry. We are licensed as a mold contractor in the state of Florida. Our objective is to lead our industry by staying on the cutting edge of the science, technology, and techniques. We have extensive experience working with insurance companies and will work hand in hand with you and your adjuster to ensure you are back in your home or reopened for business as soon as possible.

1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?

Ask for a Florida contractor license and, for mold work, a Florida mold remediator license, and look both up with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
