I'm referring to all those things that you keep looking at day after day and keep telling yourself that one day you'll get around to fixing...but in the meantime it bugs the heck out of you every time you look at it! Things like: holes in your wall, stuck doors, leaky faucets, buggy appliances, etc... I also help with those projects that are a bit "too small" for contractors to be bothered with. And my "cherry on top" specialty is smart home technology. Helping people realize the enhanced comfort, convenience, and security with newer technology is my forte.

Ask for a California contractor license number and look it up with the Contractors State License Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
