2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

Ask for a California contractor license number and look it up with the Contractors State License Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.

They list no storefront. Ask where the business is based and whether the crew is their own.
