1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. How will you deal with smoke odor inside wall cavities and the HVAC ducts?

Ask for an Arkansas contractor or home improvement license and look it up with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
