Testor is an environmental services company specializing in asbestos, lead and mold testing and abatement/remediation. We offer XRF inspections for NYC LL31 and can work with you to clear HPD or DOH lead based paint violations. We can provide the necessary investigations for ACP5s in NYC for renovations. 2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, New York State requires a licensed mold assessor and a separate licensed remediation contractor. Ask for both license numbers.
