Not only do we inspect the home for asbestos and mold but we are an in house testing facility. We provide reliable tests for all samples and provide our recommendations as well. Before You Call IRIS Environmental Laboratories

1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?

4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?

For mold jobs over 10 square feet, New York State requires a licensed mold assessor and a separate licensed remediation contractor. Ask for both license numbers.
