1. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
2. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?
3. Do you also do remediation? If so, who checks your work?
4. How many air samples will you take, and will you take an outdoor control sample?
5. Is your company licensed for asbestos abatement here?

Ask for the company’s contractor or home improvement license and look it up with the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the technicians.
