Guarantee Restoration Services was founded in 1974 in Baton Rouge, LA by William "Chunky" and Ellen Folks out of a desire to help others. GRS eventually branched out into water damage emergency services and fire damage clean-up by building relationships with insurance agents and adjusters. Next, we became a general contractor to help rebuild homes after fire damage cleaning was complete. Then, we added air duct cleaning services, which today has become an integral part of maintaining indoor air quality in residential and commercial buildings. Our mission is to serve friends, family and partners by delivering effective solutions, providing honest and dependable services while ensuring continuity for their lives and businesses.
