1. Do you take moisture readings every day and will you give me the drying log?
2. Are your technicians certified in water damage restoration?
3. Where do you think the moisture is coming from, and who fixes it?
4. Will you set up containment and negative air, and how will you protect the rest of the home?

Ask for a Minnesota residential contractor or remodeler license and look it up with the Department of Labor and Industry, or a Wisconsin dwelling contractor credential across the river. Also ask for proof of insurance and industry certification for the restoration crew.
